I'm pretty sure they do mate , I've put spencer refills in most of the tapes I've had

 

I had issues once. Think it was a Winsor tape it was rubbish. On the plus side I'll get a pin hook rather than one of stupid Oregon claws.

I think so. I'm pretty sure I've used other types of refill in tapes, be it Spencer, Oregon Stihl, Husky, I think most of them fit each other fine, but there might be one that you have to drill a hole for the screw as the factory fitting is too big. Can't remember which one though.
