Firstly i was glad he thinks the same way as us and agrees that trees can live a long life. Don't cut them down for no reason but look after them and pass them on for generations of people to look at. Also it was the first time i have heard anyone use SULE which was good. Did he talk to you about ted greens dead cats ha ha.

The Indefinite growth habits, the concepts of immortality, the misapplied concept of a finite lifespan, the phases of expansion, maturity and retrenchment, and not forgetting the accumulation of physiological wood.:001_tongue:

 

....Oh-yeh, and he cant pronounce ‘fungi’ properly. haha

Not this time.

 

 

 

Some of the visuals were very cool, particularly impressed with the shredded "Arthur Clough" Oak picture set, that showed it's retrenchment over a number of decades.
