I want to put "Green Tyres" on my Stein Arb Trolley. Has anyone done this? Are they a worthwhile replacement and if so what size did you buy.

Many thanks.

Excuse my ignorance but what's "LPG work"

I had those wheels kicking round the workshop so stuck them on. I use it for pulling felled larch (8') down hill to a ride in a sensitive site were working on

How easy does that pull? Was thinking of similar idea when I build one this winter using front wheels of a ride on mower - was thinking that it would be less ground pressure but I assume it takes more pulling? I might well make mine so it can be towed behind a lawn tractor too... :thumbup1:

Haha thanks tractor boy , can't believe I didn't get the LGP duhh! So yes it was built with that in mind , they are off a ride on mower (rear wheels)... Yep definitely a little harder to pull but not to bad, the wheels are on a pull pin axle so I can take them off and use wheel barrow wheels if necessary
