Hi all

I work for a marketing company (in London) and we are doing a project where we are hoping to recycle this years xmas trees to make next years xmas cards.

We ideally want to hire a shredder that can do this for us on site (in the car park in front of our office). The paper mill we are hoping to work with say the chips we supply them have to be no bigger than 1cm. Their machinary cannot handle anything bigger than this. All the chippers i've investigated chip a fair amount bigger than this.

Does anyone know of anywhere I can contact that would be able to help me on this? As above, I am looking to chip the trees down to a coarse sawdust (no bigger than 1cm)

Many thanks in advance for your help!

Charlotte

Hi Charlotte,

It's bigger than you're after, but if you get stuck and the paper mill can work with something a bit larger (say chippings of an inch or so) we can supply 8" chippers for hire at Acacia Groundcare (01273 494939).

Hope you find what you're looking for though!
