Hi, I may have been misinformed but was recommended to use hardwood for a gasifying wood boiler? (VIGAS 40L)

UPDATE: have just spoken to a long term user of a Vigas and he says softwood is the way to go, so now looking for large loads of softwood please!

I have 3-4000 ton of PR Larch coming up; haulage per artic load to glos will be about £400 (32m3 / 26t)...

Hi, what would be the road side price of bars? Thanks

We have a vigas boiler the only problem we have found is that softwood will not slumber unlike hardwood so it needs filling up more often which is fine if you are about during the day. But theboiler is brilliant and the house has never been so warm
