Microsoft documents on ipad

I've just bought an ipad to do quotes/invoices on etc.

 

I've a headed template which I've always used on my windows laptop.

 

How do I transfer that to use on the new ipad??

 

Any help much appreciated!

I ended up buying a windows tablet as it was too much grief to convert and save MS docs

So if I email an old quote to myself will that be able to be edited on my iPad?? Will it also keep the header too??

You can, when I get a email with said word docs, spreadsheets etc attached it gives me an option to open in docs to go which can then edit and save

Just remembered you can put it on your computer aswell to sync it with your ipad
