Looking to set up Stump Grinding Business

we kinda evolved into doing grinding its an add on to our business there is good profit to be made doing it but they are machines of self destruction you will never be away from them with spanners and a welder and thats if you have a bit of mechanical sympathy we didnt realise at the time but as the power goes up the wear rate of tips goes up quite a bit we use greenteeth and sharpen them i would like to know somebody elses costs per hour to see how it compares up against green teeth the other factor as well is that if you are doing say 2 hours grinding on 6'' leylandii stumps you will ruin more cutters than doing 2 hours on a big beech but i aint no expert on the subject
