Yup, the beloved trust have been a bit of a pita for me. Even told me outright I was lying about the quote they had given me for my vehicle (they said the price I was paying for was third party, though it was neither what I'd asked for or been quoted for). That they would never quote so little for my vehicle until I sent back the email with the quote. I'd probably still use them if the next quote was the best...
