I have a problem with my stumprinder, the hydrolic side to side movement seems to run out of steam when the cutting arm goes lower than horizontal. It comes to a near standstill. But it doesn't do it all the time, just seems to get worse as the day goes on. Other than the hydrolic pump £307 +vat i'm not sure what else it could be. Has anyone any ideas?

presumably enough oil in it

presumably no blockages

presumably no debris blocking sideways movement

maybe try lifting grinder up stopping wheel and moving all the grindings

i use a vermeer 630b and if we are going deep we have to empty some stuff or it basically is squashing all grindings and wont slew sideways very well and we thought the pump had gone but cleared out and off we went
