are the upgrades for spiderjack worth it?

need a new clutch for my spiderjack, whilst i was on the job just wondering if anyone rated the dynnema kit and the extended lever thing

why do you think the dyneema kit improves the operation?

 

I moved from the lock jack ( when it was past its best and time to replace) to the spider jack because i Preferred the fact it used one karabiner, ie one less thing to fail.

 

the spider jack took a bit of getting used to (for me anyway) but once used to it has always been a good bit of kit.

 

Now I do have to replace my spiderjack so would be interested in what the dyneema kit actually brings to the party

The Dyneema kit just means that your spliced eye is on a krab above the SJ, so that when you need to change your TIP you only have to open the krab as opposed to undoing velcro or keepers etc.
