Holm oak problem?

Any of you knowledgable arborists know what this is a sign of on my Quercus ilex? Just a couple of leaves have gone like this and the tree is young and still containerised

Holm oak used to be the source of scams in the 70s along with 'Bastard beech' but that's another story. They will drop leaves throughout the summer months. Being evergreen they have to replace leaves and do so more through the summer.

No lesions on the trunk, I've been watering it every 3 days but maybe I've not been giving enough for these dry conditions? Just don't want it to die on me as I planted it two years ago with my daughters placenta lol!
