gecko spikes

i used to have the bashlins now use geckos, they are lighter but i dont really think they are any more comfortable, the main difference i have found is that the spike is fixed a little higher so you dont have to worry so much when walking about on the floor.

Had the carbon (Velcro too and bottom) spikes for 5 years now. They are awesome and I will be replacing then soon for exactly the same Type.

In my humble opinion The levels of comfort and lightweight feel are second to none.

Are they worn out?

 

I have the same Bashlin alloys for over 20 years, granted they have seen a few sets of pads and gaffs.
