Yet another Heath fire in Dorset...

Bourne Valley has been burning again this evening as has Ham Common. Dread to think how many more are going to be burning this summer.

 

Another large fire underway on heathland at Bourne Bottom in Poole and Ham Common is up in smoke again (From Bournemouth Echo)

fires now springing up every where fire service being streched to cope with fires on heathland.commonland some of the fires are not big to start. soap box again. why can they not get Chinooks in with water baskets to drop on the fires.

allways practicing up this way use this for training moving heavy loads. thats sense and those who can make it happen have not got any.
