Heard the other day that it's still harmful and that the second hand 'smoke' is bad too. Think there considering banning them inside like fags. Can't remember what program it was on though.

Bah I know they arnt completely healthy but I'm struggling to give up an when I do get a good disposable one it works well so gonna give it a go, got to be healthier than the real thing

Not yet fella, will be back in the uk on fri and back home on sat so thinking we need to organise a climb as I'm going crazy not climbing!! There's so many nice trees here too haha. Ahh briliant, I'm glad it's all better , how's things on the work front?
