Did this landscaping job last year. After initially recommending and supplying samples of some nice sandstone slabs she was unhappy with the colours of all of them and instead chose to go with these cheap and nasty concrete (stone raft) slabs. Ok, on completion they looked pretty good ImageUploadedByArbtalk1373403689.494694.jpg.20968efb5c5c8ef80d0bc645812d43d6.jpg

So then she gets in contact to say she's not happy with the way the colours have faded (not surprising, crappy concrete fades) so we went and applied some sealer/colour enhancer on Monday only to get a phone call today saying she's unhappy because they're shiny and plastic looking??? WOMEN!!! We also had to change ONE slab last year because it was "mostly brown", we warned her that another would look different but she insisted and guess what...she wasn't pleased that the replaced slab looked different!

If she has paid for all the work to date. Cut the rest and move on.

If she hasn't paid for the recent work cut your losses and move on. Some people can't be helped.

I take it you mean most people? Ha, true! cheers...

Well there was a look of shock on her face as I said "should I just invoice you for the work" as she left for work before we applied the sealer. Even though she's not happy I'll still invoice for it, if not just for the 4 tins of product I had to buy...

Needs to spend a afternoon on a hospital ward attending to people with real issues in life and get out of her own self important universe.

It may give her perspective. Getting her there would be the problem as a seagull may poo on her unattended garden. etc.

Brilliant! I'll write that on the compliments slip...

She set the spec. she lives with it.

The times I've come across people who thought they knew better than the professional they got in to do the job.

Charge for everything, no reason you should be out of pocket.
