Vehicle winch. Which one?

I need to fit a winch to my Defender 90. I've had many years experience of electric winches fitted to my vehicle, and have finally had enough.

Whilst I was happy enough with them, I have had many issues with em, and thats cost me quite a lot of money over the years.

Recently had a play with a hydraulic one, what can I say?

Totally different league.

Must have one, but which one?

I should add, I'm not interested in comp recovery, so speed is not my first consideration.

Currently liking the Red Winch range.
