Cracked guide bar

How could it be unsafe?

 

The Bar worked with a Crack in it,will still probably work with a Crack in it.Weld up the crack after having a go at it with the "Sparkle Maker".

 

I'll try it and let you know if it works.

nothing wrong with welding a bar, used to be how extra long ones were made, before the manufacturers caught on to the untapped market...lol
