Nissan Navara tipper conversion using existing body

There was a thread started here a couple of years back by a company who were looking to make a navara into a tipper using the existing bodywork. I remember several members argued black and blue that it just couldn't be done. Well it looks like someone found a way :sneaky2:

To be fair, they have solved some of the issues, however there are still some flaws I think.

 

For instance, the tailgate will conflict with the bumper on tipping, and the tip angle is restricted by the bumper. You could remove the bumper, but then the tailgate will scrape on the back of the body instead.

 

Also I would have concerns about the loading on the chassis rails, once the buck's subframe has been separated from the chassis it will be taking a load it was never designed to take.
