Have received one of these to complete, has anyone else? Really not relevant to me. Probably going to take me 2 hours to complete as well as having to get loads of info from my accountant. Would like to know whether anybody else has got one and did you complete it.

Yes did one last year was just going to ignore it but then they sent me a letter say there was a fine for not doing it

How long did it take you to complete the form?

We got dicked with a monthly return we had to do for a year, same thing, fines for non return.

I can't even begin to count the levels on which it wound me up.....

They never said it had to be accurate though....

 

God love the civil service.

nothing says its got to be accurate, its a survey, make it up as you go, why should you have to waste your time for a bunch of ex uni civil servant bean counters
