Hi there, just wondering how long the go pro should record for.... ?

Still getting to grips with it... worked ok on first job... came to second job... kept going off (hadn't charged the batteries :blushing: )

See why i need help? lol

Anyhow on the last job it took a vid about 33mins. i turned off, then later in day tried a couple more but it turned itself off...

Is my 16gb 10 speed memory card holding me back? am i doing something wrong? Going to use it tomorrow again and see what happens.

How do you lot get to film a full tree removal on one charge? or one memory card>?

Thanks Chris

I have a couple of them an HD2 and Hero3. The HD2 is no problem, but with the Hero3 make sure you have the latest firmware downloaded to the card. It's best to use a card reader to put the files onto mac or PC and use the camera to delete the files after transfering. If you delete the files from a computer, it deletes the firmware from the card which gives problems with the camera switching off after a few minutes.

A Wasabi battery charger is good for charging the batteries. I got one for £30 with two new batteries and a cord to plug into a ciggarette loghter in the pickup..
