A little storm work

Had a pretty rough few days, a week of rain then high gusts to really cause damage. Trees over everywhere. We went out at 9pm and got in at before 4am as it was just to dangerous where we were

Roads blocked all over, we were working on one road and could hear the trees falling as gusts blew in. we cut and chipped our way in just to find we had to do the same getting out as more trees fell behind us. they recorded 200kmph gusts up high. Ferry broke its moorings and a sea wall was wrecked.

Took down more today, had a digger and 20t truck to help deal with the logs. This is one we have to clear up, we might just stand it up and stake it, shame to loose it :001_tongue:. Im hoping 2 88's and a 3120 will make a dent in it
