I flew with my rope, wire strops, all karabiners, pulleys, harness, throw bags, slings and spiderjack etc all in a big rope bag. They couldn't pick it up when they wanted to search it!

The chainsaw went in the hold though!

And they didn't hassle you to weigh it if they couldn't pick it up as hand luggage?

Sounds fishy!

How the hell did you get a chainsaw on an aircraft?!

They have a policy of no gas powered tools at all. Even brand new and unused.
