i like the idea of if they damage some thing and then if they fell it you still still know that they should not have felled it, but is is more for high value hard woods

On the plus side we gave a lad who is 45 a chance, only time he had used a saw was when he did his tickets, We paired him up with our most experinced cutter and after 2 days he was doing a fantastic job in hardwood thinnings, 6 weeks later he,s felling softwoods for saw logs and we can't fault his work.
