Osa 250 problem, no drive to rear wheels! Had a driver on it yesterday as i was busy winching and this morning he say it gets stuck easy? So had a quick look and there is no drive at the rear wheels, rear prop is turning and taking drive into the rear diff, so halfshafts or drive chain problem? He said he never heard any noise. Any advise or diagrams or parts, so now i,ve got 2 forwarders that only drive on the front bogie1 At least i have the parts to sort out the Bruunett

Could be halfshaft, when we bought ours it had popped one and the seller had one made, cost about 900 squids though. Pull them and check, if not maybe diff has gone. Bogies are gear or chain driven so then check those I suppose l. Hopefully just be a halfshaft. :-)

Sorted it, the allenbolt that screws in to the end of the halfshaft had come loose, allowing the halfshaft to slide inwards and disengaging from the drive sprocket in the bogie, took ten mins to sort.

You could have 10 of him and they'd still be busy. He was in devon on monday, cornwall tues am, dorset tues pm and in norfolk first thing Weds... must be crazy hours and miles...

The old girl's had quite a bit of refurbing lately and today she danced again, took out three loads late this afternoon so happy with that. Will see how she works away for a while before I do any more refurb on her.

Did you end up changing the controls in it?

Yes, took out the old ISP kit and fitted new levers where the ramp etc programming is integrated into levers. Was working it this afternoon and took out 6 loads, quite a long extraction too.
