I've had 4 landy and trailers of chip away off a job today (24m3) and tipped them at the back of the site up a muddy track.

I'd would have been stuffed in the van, no way would it have travelled.

Back tomorrow for more.

Tranny is out on a pruning job, so the advantage of two vehicles over one larger one with more capacity is you can do two different sites on the same day, or take everything when theres more to shift. :001_smile:

Doesn't always work perfectly though!

Last Friday night, filled the trailer fuullllll of logs, daft groundy had backed it up just off the hard standing, but not so you'd see.

Went to set off and trailer wheels sunk in, it wouldn't set off with diff lock in.

Had to give a tug out with the Jensen and a chain!

Set off no bother :001_smile: , which was good, cos I didn't fancy unloading 2 1/2 tonnes of wood at 5.55pm on a friday!
