here's a dare for you Dean - find me a tight job that your Landrover gets into that my 7.5 tonner wont...

In fact, having owned a big Mog, I KNOW that the mog will tuck into tighter places than the LR.

The mog I used to drive was at least a foot wider than a landy. Dunno about a 7.5 tonner though.

 

Mind you Dean I've rammed my ldv up a few chip piles in the past, its just a question of momentum.... and a couple of broken number plates.

ldv's are indestructable, my mate had an old scrapper, every time all other vehicles broke down or got stuck he would come to the rescue.

I measured up the mog Ed and as Tom said, the load beds on them were a foot wider and depending on which wheels, even wider at the axle

 

Are there some narrower ones ?

 

Also sticky out gutters to consider

Thats a U1700 on the wider axles. A U1200 - 1600 is much narrower.

i think that is a 1750,mine is the 2150.dean you want a 1000/1200/1400 they are about 6' wide.

Thats a U1700 on the wider axles. A U1200 - 1600 is much narrower.

 

Before that one they had a 1000, and true, that was narrower by some margin.
