my god my head hurts! :blushing: Just started a week of training today CS32,34,35 assesment is next monday I'll be a right mushed up mess by then my little brain is in infomation over load!

 

If I was going to go on a hard course or study for anything I would go out running or something and get really fit aerobicly. It is true the old saying, fit in body fit in mind, you can take much more in and cope with stress much better.
