where to sell my house?

I have decided to sell my house here in Normandy, not to move back to the Uk, but to find a smaller house that my wife and I can work on together from the the outset. Does anyone know of a place to advertise that isn't going to break the bank? our local agents are less than active and I even made a website to advertise the property/land but its knowing how to get prospective buyers to look at it? The thing is it could be sold as a going concern with income to the right candidate so should i be pushing that or the particulars of the house and land?

Same boat here buddy we trying to sell so we can go back home .....I'm meeting a business guy early next week for ideas adice etc if he got any good info I'll let ya know

has it got a lake ??? with it as its a goldmine if it has there are websites craving for them to sell to folk in the uk

Would do no harm posting on lots of gumtree sites in different areas ,you never know

I sold my place for 3 times what I paid for it via this site.

But that was in 2007...

You create your own web page and the cost was really very little.

Cripes, that's a lovely looking place!

I'm sure you'll have no problems selling up.

Just add lot's of images with cheerfull annuals to brighten it up even further.
