how long is a piece of string ... you need to price according to what it will cost to fell and extract to rideside. depends on ground conditions and end use of timber dbh as to what it will go for. work out how long it will take you what it will cost you and what you can sell it for and then youll know what to offer

Hi. I would like a price range for standing timber, going to look

at about half an acre of mixed wood at the weekend. I would think

mainly spruce and beech/ash with good access.

Also m3 or tonne?

Thanks in advance.

 

I think we may need a little more info mate, quality of timber, mean dbh, top height etc....
