Not sold on a fergie. Got enough work for something its size here and I do like an engine to work on. Not a tractor man so got to look at available spares etc. Relying on long term tractor mechanic to keep me right when it comes to purchase.

Depends how far away from west of Scotland it is! Got to factor in the transport.

 

Seen one at 3.5k but not convinced on its history.

HI DAVE a small mf135 will go a ifor trailer mate you may get one for £3500 but it will be hard work mate have a look on the net mate and farm sales thanks jon :thumbup:

Try asking around the local farms. There are still a few around which might be for sale for the right money. Other than that I think they're getting into "collector's items" and a decent one will either be too much money or too restored for putting to work in the woods.

 

Local one knackered hydraulic pump. Not sure worst case scenario on that is.
