Factory tickover settings for a ms261

Someone i know has a 261 that won't start but they've meast about with the tickover settings alot so i am going to put them back to factory does anyone know how many turns out the screw should be after its been tightened right up? And the same with the h and l carb settings?

I would try one full turn out on the High and Low screws, don't turn them in to hard though it can damage them, once you have done that crank it over and see how it runs, you may have to slightly tweak the high and low screws to get it running nice. The tickover just pushes the throttle slightly open, adjust accordingly.
