Simple chest harness video

Made this for a friend but thought it maybe useful to others on here who use SRT and still use the lanyard over the shoulder rubbish, nothing special

Yes Simon it great, I like it because its light and cheap, even cheaper than your £14 petzl top piece, 😜

 

Ill be getting a petzl harness so may give one a try, we shall see mate😊

I don't have the Petzl Top harness, it's just an adjustable fig 8 harness, doesn't connect to a harness. Same as the sling but more expensive!

I use about 7 twists for a tshirt, less as you layer up in cold weather. Try to make it as tight as possible, almost painful at first, it will soon loosen up and be sweet for the day

I used 100cm with one and found that a bit tight.... i thought I was waif like round the shoulders!
