I have just started to use them for seasoning fire wood for next year. In terms of loading them onto the truck I'm hoping I can tip them in somehow. Many other people use them?

If you want to tip them you ideally need a box rotator on a front end loader but they are quite expensive.

 

Also if you want more storage area than an IPC it's worth looking at potato boxes.

a farmer friend of mine does similar with pallets which he staples a length of ryloc(sheep fencing) round. He can fill them with logs and stack them 4 high in his shed. Cost is minimal.

You get both 600 L and 1000 L ibc so size can vary ,bought a artic load off of D V Fuels for work recently ,Pleasure to deal with and really good quality
