Well, the 028 is a bit long in the tooth but the 350 and 357 are not that heavy so would be pretty good for general purpose saws - if you want a bit lighter then a 346XP or 550XP would do it.

 

+1 on the 550xp but for hedging look at the oregon battery saw. ideal for hedging. and will do small logging for firewood. when funds alow will get one as it has a self sharpen on it so as you know with hedging chains do hit stuff there not ment to when cutting near ground. nothing worse than a blunt saw in mid flight laying hedges. as i did today hit some buried barb in hazel even though i thought it was all out that was that saw screwed up then did same with husky. then rain came so gave up and went home and had a cup of tea.
