put a brush shaft across your shoulder blader, hold it shoulder width apart, space your feet the same, now try and do a squat not letting your soles of your feet leave the ground, see how far you can go down. on thursday i couldnt get lower than about a foot, now my arse can hit my heels.

No worries there. Mr flexible me. Can you keep your legs straight, bend over and touch your nose on your knees.....and go so far off topic you have completely derailed the thread.......:blushing:sorry .

i just watched your cypress video on face book buzz, tell me again how much you charged for that.lol they were monstors, when people talk about 100foot trees i usually chuckle, then i saw you up those trees, well done, lesson learnt i bet. and that drag out the garden, nightmare mate

hello swb i have done bigger in germany 45m duggy firs and also i took on of them lawson down and it was only about 50 ft.:blushing:

**** lol, yes it was a nightmare Stevie, i didn't do alot of the dragging i was chipping and driving the unimog hence having to get Stu in to do some climbing. The groundies, Anna, Mark and Casper (who now works with Monkeyd) had a hell of a time !
