Anyone had this?

I was diagnosed a while back and have had physio, acupuncture and done some stretches i have found online but doesn't seem to be getting better,if anything getting worse.

Originally was from running but am finding it's affecting me when i'm on my gaffs for to long and walking up and down steep ground.

Anyone got any help, experience or ideas?.

Thanks

Paul.

Tight IT band giving you lower back pain?

Try and get hold of a foam roller. Google it. Amazon sell them about 20 quid. Great for backs and it band stretches.

That is what I use anyway when I had problems. The alternative was my Muay Thai trainer stretching out the it band by exerting pressie and rolling a broom handle down the outside of my thigh with about 14 stone of pressure.

Now that hurt.
