If you're putting your lad through training, there's grants for that as well.

Sorry mate it's a friend of my son who's almost completed his college courses, I've never claimed a cent in all my life I've always been an "earner" I'll pay my own way like I always have done

Fair enough, I thought you meant you had a lad on an apprenticeship type scheme.

 

I know what your saying, but the monies there to pay to get your employees trained, I'm not saying claim as much as you can, but if the money is there, and you need to provide training, it could be the difference between you breaking even or going under.
