Candidates must live in or very close to bristol/bath, be under 30, 100% fit motivated and willing to work very hard to build a career in tree surgery. Also I'm only looking for guys who have served in the forces, please don't take offence if you have not!!

Thank you for you're information guys, I was not aware that I was breaking any laws, just thought I was helping the economy by offering employment to individuals. So I will add for the record that the job is open to all, regardless of age, race, previouse employment, qualifications, and shoe size...

Don't shoot the messengers, Rick, we're just trying to help. I applaud you offering work to anyone coming out of the forces and support a couple of the charities myself. Although you can't advertise with such specific requirements, when you get to interview stage it's up to you who you take on within reason.

I know mate sorry. Just feels like hard work doing anything these days without upsetting someone or getting tied down in some pathetic and pointless red tape or equal opportunity crap!!

Hmmm let's see, you're 30 stone and can stand on one leg? That's impresive. Hop on over to my yard and we will see how you get on with splitting logs with you're bear hands:thumbup:
