Awful customer care from British Gas

Luckily, a great deal of it is easy to prove property damage which can have a monetary value put on it. The burden of proof falls squarely into Ward v Tesco criteria and the company I work for has offered any help I need in sorting it all out. They happen to have a good legal department.

how come they have not been nicked for having all them people in a van made for two. never use big firms for doing things use local people get a good service. and not normaly cock up.got too many fingers in too many pies jack of all trades springs to mind master of none:thumbup:
