MS362 and HSA85 Stolen Sheffield

Hi all, some thieving little scum have broken into my vehicle and stolen a Stihl MS362 chainsaw and Stihl HSA85 lithium ion hedgecutter last night. The chainsaws in fairly good nick, had the bar on with the shihl lettering upside down and a newish oregan chain but can't think of any distinguishing marks. They didn't get the charger or spare battery for the HSA 85 so it only has one AP80 battery. The HSA85 has a nick in one of the cutters near the tip. If anyone is offered them then I'd really appreciate a call on 07842 135888

Thanks guys

Hi Andy,

sorry to hear about your VISITORS in the night..... Can you manage without the saw, do you need a loner whilst you sought it?

I'm in Hathersage but work in Sheff as well.

Give me a call/p.m if you need.

Steve

Hi steve,

Thanks so much for that, I've managed to get the old husky going with the reluctance of a long forgotten neglected chum (about 25 pulls) and it's purred along all day so I'm fine for the moment. Really appreciate the offer and its that sort of thing that makes a man glad to be in this business where people are so damn decent. Thank you again. :001_smile:

Andy

Hi all,

One of our tree gangs has just (this morning) had an MS660 stolen from site in Sheffield. A chap jumped off a motorike, grabbed the saw and sped off.

It could be a coincidence or it could be an individual/gang specifically targetting tree surgeons.

Keep your saws close by or locked away!
