We need a clear definition of a plank, with relative positions of hands, feet etc

 

body including head and legs to be as straight as possible,arms where you want.

Mines a poor example as was highly uncomfortable :blushing:

We need rules and enforcers of rules!!!!

 

we need more examples of arb planking then go from there,

i reckon as a rule of thumb, keep yourself as horizontal as possible but you may use arms for balance / steadying yourself.

more points for creativity :biggrin:

can we have a sponser for a prize for best planking?:thumbup:
