Catalytic converter stolen North Essex

On my sprinter 4x4 it was the dpf filter that kept getting nicked. £800 second hand to replace!

HI MATE sorry for your lost mate but with a DPF filter you have it MAPED OUT SO THEN CUT OUT FILTER all the best jon

Was leased van so not my problem, just one for insurance company.

 

would be insane with egr and dpf removed. Was already 190bhp and doing 16mpg!

Thanks mendiplogs As you can see I put some flexy steel tubing and bypassed the cat completely.

Any diesel unless its a heavy smoker will pass the urrent diesel emmisions test as it is a smoke test rather than a gas analyser test so as long as it meets the smoke requirements it will pass a CAT has no effect on the smoke in the exhaust !

lol depends where oyu take them unfortunalty i know of to many blind mot testers ! we use a guy who is thourough but fair like they all should be!
