i thinking of getting a stihl 341 on a 16" bar to replace my 357.

only had the 357 since january but i dont particually like it.

just wondered what you thought.

I've never had a 341, I want something of this size though and would probably go for it. I have used a 357 for 18 months and hate the thing with a passion.

so if i were to have a .325 bar and chain fitted it would run a lot better? anything else need chainging or is it just the chain pitch?

You need the right sprocket for that bar/chain combo as well.

I'v always liked the 361, but I'v never used the 341 to compare the two.

i think there is about £150 in it , may not be that much, i just couldnt see any point in getting a more exspencive saw which appears to have the same power as the cheaper model.
