ever though of doing a calender with your photo,s on ideal for those into trees

or christmas cards bit late now. if you can be nice to see a photo of a blackthorn in bloom may time

I'm paying for a 3 m x 3 m (?) booth at a Yard, Garden and Patio Show in February ... been itching to repeat. In addition to promoting my services ... I'm putting out a couple of my redwood photos to see if they sell. Also, this flower attached below, may be the telling one whether photos or calendars would sell in a future show. This Crocosmia photo was purchased by several women customers last year, at 11 inch x 14 inch size. If it sells easy, I would very much consider trying a calendar at the show. But I would see trying a calendar outside the show too.

nice shot, a lovely plant too especially crocosmia "Lucifer" a particularly vibrant scarlet red variety. I always found the iris and tiger lilly very good for close up flower portraiture.

That particular one is 'Lucifer', BTW

 

Iris and Tiger Lily are two flowers that I tend to like better in photos than roses.

Did a small 30 ft. free-climb for some cone pics today.

 

This species should jump right out for some folks familiar with it. Not native over here, but used occasionally for landscaping and gardens.

You got the Genus (Abies) right.

 

Not Korean, although, I did tinker photographing Korean fir twigs at the Hoyt Arboretum to my east, last week ... attached below.
