Glad we were able to help, Ben.

Most of these problems are very simple, we sometimes go over the top a bit in trying to find a cure.

Glad it's running.

Gardenkit its the part we all don't see, the users abilities, what test they have completed. And the important part is there own competence.

No a go at anone just a general statement. We know that if a saw is on our bench we all have a list on our heads of the tests we work with and the order in witch we carry them out. So for us its easy. But trying to find out what they have or havnt done and how they have done it. Also a factor is everyone giving pieces of advice and many giving other tests to carry out before they have completed the first one.

Just what happens on forums with people. I like to think we are all good at what we do.

I have been praised again today as the mower if fixed has never run that well since new. A very satisfied feeling it is.:thumbup1:

I quite agree Rich, but I think that at times we bombard the OP,s with so much info that we can scare the hell out of them.

Most problems can be fixed without recourse to expensive test kit and procedures, just by following logical steps.

The old KISS principle. ( keep it simple stupid) does work.
