I'm not sure if we will ever find the answer to this dilemma, I live in the midlands & our local road builders have only worked in Scotland, Dorset & Leeds last year with other companies from Scotland repairing roads here?

 

Similarly I have tendered for Two new chippers to a council & won although not the cheapest but have in the past lost tenders although I am £4K cheaper & everyone there agreed it was the best. I can walk 100 steps to my local council yard but they have none of our chippers.:confused1:
