Hi All

Been reading a previous post regarding Insurance.

What policy do you need in the unlikely event of damage to a clients property?

I was under the impression that it was "covered" under the generalisation of your PL insurance, but after reading another thread im now concerned that it may not be.........

As i read it, it appears that PL insurance only covers the general public in the event of an accident??!!

Im now nervous and could do with the clarification from greater more knowledgable powers within Arbtalk.

Also going to clarify with Bartlett Ins. but would like your veiws.

had a scout through the blurb that came with my insurance pack and all seems ok.....from what I can make out from their technical wording for everything.

Going to ring them Monday to confirm it all.

Just unsettled me a bit reading the other thread , think It was in chipper080 thread 'thinking of going self employed'

some of the replies posted hinted to the fact that your PL Insurance may not cover you for damage on your clients property.

Insurance really is a mine field full of loop holes, makes me sad thinking about the word!!
