Alright chaps

Have just changed my clutch and purchased new velocity rope and have found my SJ slipping badly when I'm climbing on my cocoon as their is almost no friction in my system.

I Have now swapped my cocoon for a DMM revolver to see how different the SJ reacts

Not ideal but I will give it a try.

Has anyone experienced this with SJ/velocity/cocoon combo ??

Many thanks

I had a similar problem a few months back but befor I bought a new clutch I put wd-40 on the spring as I thought it was sticking just slightly.worked a treat and never needed a new clutch.worth a shot.

Mb the body is worn so much so that a new clutch won't close the gap?

Is it all the time? Does it happen vertical or approaching horizontal. wet or dry?

mb a vid might help or a few pics.

It's not a very old SJ

its mainly when I'm a long way from my anchor point with no branch rub

Gonna have a play with a few things over the course of the next week or so
