I've never tried them before- this is the only one I've ever found which wasn't inky! I'll add it to my brekkie tomorrow and report back.
Those double headed shrooms are brilliant by the way...

Mr wiggy was very tasty, I'm pleased to say. Very mild and slightly nutty flavour. Nice firm stem, not at all fibrous, the cap (though the gills were perfectly white still) was a bit soft, but not unpleasantly so.
One certainly doesn't make a meal though!

but they do look like Schizophyllum commune
