A few bits & pieces from today....

 

 

Diatrype disciformis - Beech Bark spot & rhizomorphs of Armillaria kicking it back being totaly sapo man.

 

Exidia thuretiana - White brain fungus

 

& a nice set of Ganos, here by apointment of the rule of thumb, stacked up here on S torminalis

Found these brackets growing on a fallen beech at college and still have no idea as to what they are??? Red and shiny on top, and spongy on the underneath.
